We walk the space with you, talk through what you want changed, and work through scope, materials and sequence together. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. Most contractors do not offer this, and it is the fastest way to find out what your project actually involves.

Yes. Financing is available for qualified homeowners through Hearth. Terms are set by the lender, and applying does not change the fact that your estimate and planning session are free.
Yes. Tyler’s Renovations is licensed and insured and carries full liability insurance, with more than five years of experience in residential interior remodeling.
We protect the areas we are not working in, keep the job site clean, and tell you what is happening at each stage. The home stays livable and respected throughout — we treat every home like it is our own.
