Financing
Renovation Financing
Financing is available for qualified homeowners through Hearth.
It exists so that a renovation you have already planned properly can be paid for over time rather than all at once. It does not change how the project is scoped, estimated or delivered.
Financing
What financing is for
A renovation is one of the larger pieces of work a homeowner takes on. Financing lets a project that has been planned and priced properly proceed on a schedule that suits the household, rather than being delayed or cut back to fit what is available now.
It is a payment route, not a product we sell. We are not the lender.

Who qualifies
Qualification is determined by Hearth, not by us. They assess the application and set every term that applies to it.
We can point you to the application and answer questions about the renovation itself. Questions about eligibility and terms are theirs to answer.
- Applications are made directly to Hearth
- Hearth determines eligibility
- Hearth sets all terms and conditions
Financing
How it fits the estimate process
The order does not change. You have the planning session, the scope and materials are agreed, and you receive a detailed written estimate. Only then does it make sense to look at how it is paid for — because until the estimate exists, there is no number to finance.
We do not ask you to explore financing before you know what the project involves.
Financing
What it does not change
Your planning session is free and your written estimate is free, whether you finance the work or not. Neither is contingent on applying, being approved, or choosing to go ahead.
- The planning session stays free
- The written estimate stays free
- There is no obligation at any point
- The scope and the standard of work are identical either way

Questions
About financing.
Hearth does. They review the application and set the terms. We are the contractor, not the lender, and we have no part in that decision.
No. The planning session and the written estimate are free regardless of whether you apply, whether you are approved, or whether you decide to go ahead at all.
After you have the written estimate. Until the scope and materials are agreed there is no figure to work with, so looking earlier tends to waste your time.
Start with the estimate.
Financing comes after the plan, not before it. Book a free planning session and get your written estimate first.
Free estimate. Free planning session. No obligation.
