This website is operated by Tyler’s Renovations, an interior remodeling business serving Des Moines and the surrounding Central Iowa metro. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site describes the renovation services we offer and provides a way to request a free estimate. The content is for general information. It is not a quotation, a specification, or an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a contract between us.

Planning sessions and written estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation on either side.

An estimate is prepared for a specific scope of work and specific material selections discussed with you. It is valid for that scope. If the scope or the selections change, the estimate is revised and reissued before work proceeds.

No work is scheduled or started until you have received a written estimate and agreed to it.

When you submit the estimate form you confirm that the information you have given is accurate and that you are authorised to request work at the property described. Submitting the form does not create any obligation for us to carry out work, nor for you to proceed.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the form.

We work across Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Clive, Johnston and Waukee, plus the surrounding Des Moines metro. Availability outside that area is confirmed on enquiry, and nothing published here commits us to working in a given location.

Financing is available to qualified homeowners through Hearth, a third party. We are not a lender and we are not a party to any credit agreement. All eligibility decisions and all terms are determined by Hearth. We make no representation about whether you will qualify or on what terms.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error. Service descriptions explain what a project of that type typically involves; the scope that applies to your project is the one set out in your written estimate.

Customer reviews published on this site are reproduced as they were given by the homeowners who wrote them. They describe those homeowners’ own projects and are not a representation about the outcome of any other project.

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the Tyler’s Renovations name and logo, belongs to Tyler’s Renovations or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a renovation project. You may not otherwise reproduce or republish the content without our permission.

This site links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles and our financing partner. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Tyler’s Renovations is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this website.
